I have an after market stereo that does not work in my 88. Can I just go buy a stereo that will fit in the dash, hook it up to red power and put some speakers in the back ? Will it work?;shrug

This week end I was cleaning the inside of my car 1988 coupe and I touched something...now my horn alarm is going off whenever I open the door or have the key in. I unplugged my horn but can still hear the radio "Clicking" . any suggestions?? :W
