I have an '89 Coupe with standard seats...both are 6 way power.
We've enjoyed our Vette so much that both the foams and leather are gone. ;););)
Well, I just scored a set of nearly mint Sport Seats from an '87 for $250. :thumb:thumb:thumb
What will I need to do to...
:W:W:W My '89 Coupe has left me stranded twice now :W:W:W
She'll start and run fine initially but after a few stops...she'll not re-start.
The engine spins but will not fire. After a period of time (doesn't matter how long...although a few hours helps) it will fire.
I replaced the fuel...
I cannot get the shift knob on my '89 to come off.
I've removed the snap ring and have tryed everything I know but the sucker will not budge.:mad:mad:mad
Do any of you guys have a suggestion? ;shrug

She's my daily driver and we take long trips in her.
I want some growl without being annoying on the trips but not interested in boy racer sounds. :L

I am getting some parts powder coated on my '89. :thumb
I'm considering the plenum and runners along with the valve covers.
Does anybody have warnings or advice about doing these particular parts?:confused

:wI just bought a "Parts Car" to help with the restoratation of my '89.
Included in the boxes of parts was a "performance module from JAWdropper. It connects to the MAT sensor and supposedly increases HP and mileage.
Has anybody had any experiences with this company's modules?;shrug
Bought an "89 from a friend. As my daily driver I'm loving the car... EXCEPT...I've run out of gas twice. Both times the gauges showed plenty of fuel bars and "range". Now the "range" is stuck at 20 miles and I'm not totally sure what the Fuel bars are showing.
