    Yes, the fans can be reset. I can't think in Celsius!:boogie You will need a laptop, a cable for the interface, and tuning software.

    That is probably the main reason the car runs like crap. The stock 1989 cam is .415/.430 lift 207/213 duration at .50 with a lobe sep of 117" YOU WILL HAVE TO GET A COMPUTER TUNE FOR THE CAR TO RUN RIGHT

    Did you move the 1989 ECM and all the wiring harness over? Also what are the specs on the cam you installed?

    You will lose low end torque and horsepower.

    It could be a problem with the relay or sensor/switch. You can go to a lower temp. sensor if you want. however, don't go too low the fan will run all the time.

    Yes, now it is clear what you mean, but your assumption is wrong. The Mini ram would be connected to your stock air box or some other kind of intake/filter. No one I know would try to run a Mini ram or any intake without a intake filter system.

    What are you trying to say? Both intakes get more than enough air flow. That is not even an issue. The difference is mainly runner length.

    He port his stock heads, put in a Lt4 Hotcam kit, and drop on a Mini and he will blow right past a stock LT1.

    Sorry, I don't buy it. The Mini is a lot like the LT1 intake. However, the typical LT1 cam has a lift of .450"/.460" compared to the 1990 L98 really mild .413"/.428" lift (both with 1.5 ratio rockers). In addition, the LT1 heads and exhaust are much better. People think they can pop on a Mini...

    The Miniram is a good proven intake. My .02 is it will only shift your power band up on its' own. In other words, if you go Mini you need to change your cam. Your current cam just won't be a good match.
