Thanks for the replies.I checked out the service bullitan and there is a valve stem seal kit p/n 12511890 that addresses this issue. I think I can get the tools I need. Thanks Brian,

I have a 1987 coupe that smokes on start up. Looking at the service bullitans there is a new seal kit for this issue. How much will this run me to have the seals replaced. Thanks Brian,
