News: Collapse at National Corvette Museum sends cars into sinkhole

It was on the national news at 7 pm here in the Netherlands. My wife called me to watch the TV, and was disappointed I already knew from the Email and this site. Sort of fortunate that most were relatively new cars, except the '62 of course. Cor

It doesn't look too bad with rubber lines, and in any event, it is only a short distance anyway. Here is a pic of my installation of the Jeep box; I did not use Borgeson hoses, but had the pressure hose made up here it is a 3/8JIC fitting, which any hose supplier can make for you The adapter...

    Original L81 engine pic's..

What a wonderful feeling it is, to open up a box with goodies from the States, I know! And after you have installed your new lights, the FIRST thing to do is get that Borgeson gear installed! You will not recognise your car, and remember, you cannot do without it, when you have installed all...

    Question: 1978 rear end upgrade??

Are you sure Mike? I thought that the C4 uses 2 trailing links, and is totally different from the C3. I 've seem quite some mods regarding the installation of C4 set-up into the C3, which involves some cutting, grinding and a lot of welding. Or am I totally confused now :eyerole Cor

Remove blower motor on c3 bigblock AC car?

I removed the heater fan and motor from my A/C car with 350 engine. Did that from the top, and it is straight forward. Do not think that a BB engine would be any different. I did that for similar reasons: noise with the fan running; no mice in there, and very few leaves. After cleaning and...

OK, a little clarification The problem is, that most members do receive an E-mail, when a new contribution has been recorded on a topic in which one has contributed previously. I received 3 such notifications, but every time I logged on, there was no news of any interest for anyone. I refer to...

    low voltage

If the fuse is melting and/or the fitting has done the same thing, then this is an indication of too much resistance, so likely dirty contacts; also the fuse may be the problem, as these are mostly from aluminum, and these get surface corrosion too. To get rid of the problem: clean contact...

I bought an ECM from Rockauto just over 1 year ago for about $50; this was about half their normal price, as it was one of those left-overs from other suppliers. Works fine! The shipping to me was more than the ECM :ugh Cor

    Question: Air Compressor & Dryer

I assume that your system pressure is too low; there is a pressure switch on the dryer. If the pressure is too low, the compressor is protected by the switch. You could try to jump the switch, or put power on de compressor; do take care of the polarity. If the compressor then runs, you know that...
