I had to leave my 78 SA outside and water got under the cover, it was out there about six days....I'm trying to get the spots out w/o having to repaint it. any advice is welcomed

I have a tear in the driver side weather stripping where the top and side stripping meet on the left corner of the panel....there is water that is seeping under the plastic from that area and running into the carpet...i had the window tip done, so this has to be the problem for water coming...
Had a strong rain storm last night, went to start the car this morning and had no power...says "reduced engine power, low fuel" door locks and windows do not work....my assumption is something got wet.....is there an easy fix for this, also any advice on how to clear the front cowl drains...
I have to put my 78 outside, currently under a car port, its going to be going on grass....need to know if anything is better than the other to put down under, i was going to get a tarp, i currently have an outside cover on it.....any help is appreciated
Does anyone have this combination? if so were there any additonal pieces needed other than what comes with the packaging. Also were there significant gains? Just trying to find the best intake combo...thanks
