Called Bosch. The adapter is still available, which is a good thing but will have to go to an authorized dealer or get it on Ebay. Since I do not have a Bosch acct..
Thanx for the offer of a loan. But looking to buy one to add to the collection since I tend to hang on to pre obdII cars. :)
Have my Tech 1a and mass storage cartridge v 3.2
Now I'm needing the GM 16/12 Pin non-OBDII DLC Adapter PN 3000053
since my '94 is a tweener and has the 16 pin obdII DLC.
If anyone has one to spare drop me a message or post it here.
Thank you!
I have up for bid on EBay a '94-'96 instrument cluster out of a '94 LT1
In good working order. Gauge face is flawless. Lens as a few light scratches from normal wear.

update
Changed out the IP. Still has the issue. Still checking for a ground/short issue battery draw. Just haven't had that much time to deal with it. Also the metric side also does lose miles, but after the conversion is about 3k miles more than what the english odometer says. I saw it today...
My '94 requires two cats and the new ones are the MagnaFlow direct replacement/fit CARB ones. PN's 36408 and 36409. I got a good deal and they still were over $700 for both.
Don't know if that will help you or not. My tech (my oldest son, works for Parker Motor Sports here in Apple Valley)...
What a bummer on trying to get your 90 smogged. I feel your pain. I bought a '94 and stupid me didn't require the owner to provide the smog cert. Anyway it failed 3 times, test only station, failed across the board. I am in an enhanced test area btw. Finally had to put two new cats and three new...
A little update
Seems that it is only the miles display of the odometer. The kilometers display is correct, for actual miles. So looks like it's an IP issue more than likely.
Thanx for the reply.
Yeah it's digital. Does rack up miles. Just loses miles after being off for awhile. There also seems to be a current draw when off as well, so I am having it checked out. Could even be the BCM/CCM unit, since from what I've read weird things can happen when this is not...
Just noticed that on occasion the odometer on my '94 loses miles. Will be reading 102093 then when I start it the next day will read 102084. What's up? Does anyone have an idea? No error displays anywhere, odo or otherwise. Should I get the computer reflashed?
