Maybe, but it had to go somewhere or the oil level would have been higher. I checked it 15 min after I drove it.

The only stuff I have ever used that worked or looked like it did was Z-Max. It some how soaks into the metal under heat. I know it worked because to oil level didn't change. I did see a bit more mileage increase too.
