I had a similar issue with mine. Took me a while to figure it out. I ended up removing the steering wheel. Off of the back of the steering wheel is a spring that makes contact inside for the horn. Mine needed some cleaning and all was good.

The forum and threads seem to be taking some extra time to load up. I am thinking it might have something to do with the sharing toolbar above the post new thread button?

The hard part was access to the motor. It's up behind the left rear wheel. Taking your time and following the instructions it takes about an hour or so.
When you turn on the radio do you hear any noise coming from the antenna? I had this happen to mine and all I had to do was change the antenna mast. The internal part is made of plastic and can break over time.
