    High NOX - EGR?

    I do have the manuals. I suck at using them! I am thinking EGR because I have replaced just about everything else I can think of. Injectors, opti, cat, O2 sensors, maf, vacuum lines, plugs, wires, and probably some more stuff that I have forgotten!

    Hi all, My 92 LT1 failed inspection for the 2nd time.....high nox. I am thinking it is EGR related, as I have replaced everything else..... Question 1 is, do I just the replace the valve itself or do I also replace the vacuum solenoid? Question 2 is, how hard are these jobs? Thanks...

    I took a read of the codes tonight......the only code coming up is a Code 15....which has to do the CTS. Not sure if that has anything to do with the problems....

    Yes, it held pressure as outlined in the FSM. Hmmm..inspect injector harness, what would I look for? I will take a look around the ECM. Here are the codes it gave at that time. The service engine light did not come on the other day after installing new opti...etc. 43 knock sensor circuit...
