I have the factory aluminum driveshaft and halfshafts in my 1986. I need to replace the U-Joints. I see that there are optional anti-galvanic U-joints available for this application. Has anybody had experience with these, are they absolutely necessary.

Is the IAC adjusted properly? There is a procedure for this. If you don't adjust it using the prper procedure the engine will not idle properly. Here's a procedure I found online that I have used on my 86 L98 when I installed a new IAC. I hope the author won't mind -
