There isn’t a code that is the problem. In Global Connect it just shows Event code 3800 which is what it has been at for 2 weeks.

Hi Rob: I got a message from GM customer care today. You seem to know what is going on with things. Do you know what this means and how long the delay might be and does that mean there was a problem with my car ? Your vehicle is now going through routine testing and quality checks.

Can you check the status of a Canadian order ? I'm going crazy as my car has been at 3800 since it was built on June 7th. Order # BNPH2G
