When I first take off while cold there is a noticeable phht phht sound almost like the old sound of a leaky exhaust manifold to pipe cracked gasket. After a few minutes it goes away, no noticeable performance issues or codes. Any and all ideas appreciated. Thanks

Decided I cant afford a 2019 coupe upgrade so I am looking to upgrade appearance and performance of my black over red 2005 coupe, bone stock at this moment. My first thought was paddle shift upgrade, is it possible and is it expensive? Also, rear spoiler or any mods to dress up the look.
