Looking for a nice set of 4 17x9.5 to 17x10 non factory type wheels for a nice stock 92 convertible. BBS lace style prefered but Fikse FM5s, OZ Futura or CCWs style are great too. Just want to try a different look for a bit but want era type wheels vs putting something new on.

Seperate Corvette from Chevrolet?
It is an interesting consideration but think of this; The Corvette was really kind of separated from Chevrolet with the Cadillac XLR. Although it is not exactly the same car, the XLR-V series is really a higher end and very high performing 2 seat roadster...
Thanks. Yes, no purist car, thus the humor in it. Been there done that with the mid year. This car is fun!
Thanks on the collection. Picking which car to drive is easy! The crown vic gets it every time.
Whats up everyone. Been a while..... Probably a little late for others, but Ebay had a sale for 1.00 to list a car today. I threw a B2K out there at a high price, never intending to sell. Well if it does, thats great, but for 1.00 the exposure that it will get cannot hurt the value of all...
What an event! Had a blast! A hot one, but a blast. So nice to meet all the guys that came in to Dallas. Thanks for making that effort and I enjoyed the visit. Nice cars, nice people and good fun driving on our track out here, talking callaways and corvettes.

I have a customer who wants some reproduction classic torque thrust on his mint stock 62. Does anyone have any photos or suggestions on a 15x8 classic torque thrust on all 4 corners of a 62? 245/60 15s are what I am guessing on that wheel. I know 15x7 225/70 15's will not be a problem, but...
Dymags are pretty much worth their weight in gold as they are very light. You should charge by the Oz for a Dymag :). 7K is alot of money for wheels but where do you get another set if you want them? They are definatly worth about 1000 per wheel on a fire sale in the worst case senario. I have...
I remember that car over a year or so ago. That was a very low mile 85/86 735i that was supposed Reeve's car at one time. Thought about it myseld, but if I remember right it was supposed to be sold back in Europe for some very big money over a year ago. I made the seller an offer at the time...
I have this listed on ebay, it starts tommorrow, so you may not be able to see it until then, but below is what it says.

If you run Phillips gas, it has a "agent" in it that makes the lead deposits stick well past the o2 sensor...... I have run "brand x" (VP) gas and have had it mess up O2 sensors, but phillips is good to go for daily driving if you must do that with your callaway, GN, GNX, TTA, Supra or...
I have had my 89 down most of the year changing the dreaded exhaust manafold gaskets, for the 2nd time in my ownership of this car. It usually does not take me this long, but I had a son in Feb. These gaskets always seem to develop a "tick" over time, even with me tightening the manafolds up...
Thanks Everyone!
Thank you all for the thoughts and congrats, and thank you Sam (8388) for posting. Our son (Ian) was born on 2/4/2004 , 7lbs and very healthy along with Cathy! I am starting him out early on modifing cars like Callaways... So far he can only get them wet, but its a start....
Just think of all the performance he gained though.... Its well worth the down side in tasteless looks... Just ask any ricer!
It is a nice car looking car though..... Just has a big "black eye"
This is a hell of a picture right here...... Could not have done any better myslef...
I think that is an excellent possibility, but probably not for me personally! For me, I do not drive any of my corvettes enough to warrant having a spare set of wheels and would rather keep the current dymags on the callaways the way they are. I do have many spare sets of brand new ZR1 wheels...
