I'm contemplating ordering a Z06 before C7 production ends and the front engine 'Vette is gone forever. My question to you all is; is the Z07 package worth the extra $7- 11K (including the Level 2 ground effects)? I do intend on doing some local track events along with the One Lap of America...
Says a lot for the safety of the 'Vette (and the Infinity) though. An offset frontal impact at over 100mph, and both drivers walk (ok, carried) away with "non-life threatening injuries."

Looks like a less agressive version of the Stingray concept we saw in the Transformers movie. Still not a fan of the inserts (or coves, or whatever you want to call them) at the edges of the nose.

I've named all my 'Vettes.
The first was a white '78 I named "Prddy78" 'cause she was.
Then came my '96 GS, I named her "Eye Candy" because she was so easy on the eyes:

As for what it would take for the C6 ZR1 to break the record, I think it would take a lot. The C4 ZR-1 ran at 85% throttle, if I remember correctly. Everything...
