Well, today I finished the gas tank install, and put back the tire tub. I found an original 63 tub and restored it, needed some glass work around the edges, and found the trick on painting without painting over the white hairs...got it down perfect, the tub looks new.
OK the dirtiest job...
Here are some additional photos of the restro...follow are a series of the finished wheel wells...these are hard to do, but I am very happy with the results...

Removing the gas tank gave me a chance to take a nice photo of the finished rear end and leaf...
For some reason I have a files saved on the Corvette Forum User section and the photo files are not loading correctly, so went to another site.
So I will try again, previous post --- Work is continuing for the road to Top Flight, I was not satisfied with several things and now am correcting...
OK so this is what I have been up too. I did not like the wheel wells so I restored both fronts...got a hold of some ORIGINAL Iron Staples...Very hard to find, but go them, redid the splash gaurds and put the correct rivets in, plus did the undercoating correctly..
