They make them, but not a whole lot yet.
Think of all the available C5 diecast out there, some as ragtops, some coupes, some hardtops, some with opening trunks, some better than others... it's great! Now we're stuck with what Mattel THINKS we want (as usual) and it'll really suck. Been there...
Crap. This is NOT good news, if it means we won't see Corvettes from any other diecast company. Mattel screwed up getting decent Cadillac diecast, Ferrari's and now the Corvette? Bastards.
Love the orange, though I'd have to see it first to be sure. Personally, I'm tired of seeing all the black, red, silver and white Vettes. Change is good. (And I have a black Vette!)
I guess I'm the only one who thinks that looks very, very cheasy. I'm sure whatever you do it will be awesome, but why make what is potentially the most awesome C4 ever built into a poor copy of a C5? In my opinion it's like taking the chrome off a '68 to '72 and putting on '74 front and rear...
Wow (I think word that about covers it). I am in awe at the work you've done.
I wish you'd reconsider the '00 body kit on this car. I hate seeing C4's converted to C5's. I think a car this special needs some completely custom bodywork. This car should say "Outlaw" all the way.
