I swapped my front tires side to side to aid in diagnosing an alignment problem. What happens with the pressure sensors? Do they just pick up the signal from the wheel that's there, or will I show right pressure on my left tire unless I reprogram the sensors? Thanks:w

I was putting my 82 L83 away for the winter today, when I noticed my harmonic balancer is out of center and looks like the rubber is extruding out the back. What are my options? Do I need to replace anything other than the balancer itself? Thanks in advance.
