'04 Alignment

With these big a** tires and the crummy roads and the car in general do just have the alignment done when you "think" it needs it or is that too late. I know of course tire wear but that is too late usually on other cars.

You would really recommend an alignment that often? It seems rather excessive.
 
HI there,
Not IMO, especially given the tire prices and road quality here in the northeast.
When properly maintained, you will get 30k out of a set of F1-GS runflats and at least 22k out of the F1-SC tires.

anyone ever take their corvette to ntb for allignment? do they do a good job?

Joe, with different sizes on the front and rear, and directional tires, you can't rotate them to extend tire life. My opinion, a fairly regular (even if excessive) alignment and balancing is wise (not to mention relatively cheap) alternative to buying new tires every year.
