Hi, will a pair of exhaust manifolds from a 05 fit on a 2000? If so would, would a custom "H" pipe be required or can a 02 be used ?

Why would I go through this much trouble? because I live in california.

HI there,
You would have to install the manifolds, converters and H pipe to conform to emissions guidlines.
The mufflers should slide in to the H pipe on c6, so you would also need the mufflers as well.

Here is a possible solution for what I believe is a quest for more power with your C5 -

Power Groups Link:

The parts listed in Power Groups I & II are 50 state compliant and the power gains are tested & proven.

The cats remain in the factory locations therefore, the smog cops won't bother you :cool

I hope this helps - Chris :m
