I just had to look! I've got to say, I wasn't expecting that. Yikes.

I don't know if it is the same car, but it could be. The car on Wrecked Exotics was also in Florida. I was at the Meet too.

Cool -

That show was GREAT!

My wife & I flew down for the weekend - We had a new Chevy HHR - closest thing to a Corvette I could rent - the steering wheel is very close to the new C6 steering wheel(s) ;LOL

Show was bigger & better than anticipated :m

I think we will be seeing a lot of them as people with more money than brains start buying them because they heard it is the car to own. I knew right away what the picture would be...

I agree! Last time I stopped to see one of my friends, who does a lot of late model Corvette work, he had 5 C-5's and one C-6 damaged in the shop and said they all belonged to people over 60 who had never had or hadn't had a performance car since they were young! They just didn't realize how fast this much power can get away from you. :ugh Makes driving school look like a good investment for anyone new to high performance cars. :hb

You definitely have to watch those people over sixty with fast Vettes! Yikes! They're crazy! Incidentally, 2002 Yellow Corvette...the count is now America 2, Italy still ZERO! (thanks to encounter with black C6 on the autostrada)

You go dude!!:L

I picked my 2006 Z up in Gathersburg MD on Saturday. Drove home in pouring rain and in left over hoilday traffic (easter week ending). I was as hyperventulating as I could see the headlines..idiot wrecks new vet on drive home.

Was really happy to get her home safe

Parts

There is still a lot of good parts left on that Z06.:cool
