160° Thermostat

Would appreciate some advice from other owners that may have switched to a lower temp thermostat, the 160° one? Any positive or negative results?

This particular question (debate) has been going on for years. I do not think any side has won yet. We just all have our opinions (some better that others ) on the matter. Some backed up with facts and experience. Others just backed up...............!
