1959 soft top rear compartment liner

Does anyone know what this is? It is referenced in ST-12 and it shows a photo, but I can't tell what it is made out of. Is anyone reproducing it? I haven't had any luck in locating one.

The liner is a piece of thin black felt that is glued to the top of the
fuel
tank cover. Most of the vendors such as Corvette Central sell them
(about
$25.00). Let me know if you have any questions.
