1964 wheels

Is there anyone who specializes in restoring original wheels to their factory look. I have a 64 and would like to put them back on. They have small scratches and no luster to them. Any help appreciated':W

Have them media-blasted or sandblasted, then have a body/paint shop shoot them all over with semi-gloss black primer, then shoot only the faces with gloss black enamel.
