Does anyone remember when 68 & 69 were not liked all that much? Back in the mid to late 70's they were all over and cheap, $2500 got you a DD with about 50k miles on it. A lot of purist said the vette died in '67 and just didn't want the C3's. Of course those same people didn't know how to work on the cars or realized the frame and drivetrain was the same.
Wish I bought more then my 69 vert & 72 at the time.
