1973 and 1974 corvette bumpers

Hey everyone I have a couple questions about both the 1973 and 1974 bumpers. Are these bumpers interchangeable for instance will I be able to put a 1973 corvette bumper on my 1974 vette? And if so are there any major complications or issues with everything lining up properly?

The main reason I ask is somewhere along the line one of the previous owners most likely got rear-ended and got a replacement bumper that is not correct for the 1974 corvettes and eventually I plan on painting the car would much prefer to have a 1973 style bumper with chrome to the all plastic.

The 74-75 bumpers should be interchangable,but 73 bumpers would require major fibreglass surgery.

If you're talking about the rear bumper, nothing is interchangeable from '73 to '74 and vice versa. Different frame underneath too.

73-74 front bumper covers are the same. Correct 74 rear is one year only.
