Question: 1976 boby mount 2 & 3 question.

I raised the body and removed the rubber part of body mount 2 & 3. I still have what looks like a shaft that comes below metal frame. Can anyone tell me if that is the rusted part from the old mounts? I thought there should be just a hole. I don't want to start braking away parts that should remain.

Sounds like the bushing for the old mount.
