1980 Armrests WTB?

Hi, I'm in the process of fixing up the door panels, and I would like to replace the armrests. Is there a place I can buy similar armrests? If I had to paint them a different color how well does that work?
I've seen many sites with higher prices reproducation anywhere from 90.00-120.00.

I looking for the best way to go.
