Help! 1981 Corvette missing occasionally

Hello, I'm new to the site. I just purchased this corvette and it is missing occasionally on the highway, one cylinder. I've replaced the plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. Any idea as to why it may still miss once in a while? I know it is ignition and not carb. Any help would be great.

I had a '77 Trans am with the same problem years ago and it drove me nuts. It wound up being a bad pick-up coil. Good luck.
