1981 Headlight motor

I have a 1981 Vette.I am new in the corvette field.My Left headlight open and closes very slowly.Is there anything I can do to speed this up or any other technical support area to look up this problem.Is the motor Electric or Vacumn.Thanks.Happy New Year.:confused :confused :confused ad
