Help! 1982 Radio - Fuse Capacitor

Hi all I have a 1982 Corvette that I am the original owner of. Only has 62K miles on it. Somehow the radio noise suppressor capacitor fell off of the fuse block. I can't figure out where it goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Great forum!!

Should be fitted across the turn signal flasher.
