There should be 5 cables that plug into the CDM not including the Antenna coax cable.

On one side are two connectors. A 9 pin and a 7 pin connector.

On the other side are four connectors. Only 3 plugs are used.

If you look at the top cover of the CDM it has a label showing the 4 connectors for the side of the box towards the passenger side door.

This is a side view of the connectors and pin numbers.

[20,19,18,17] [16,15,14,13,12,11]
[10,09,08,07,06,05] [04.03.02,01]

Connector C4 are pins 20-17
Connector C6 are pins 16-11 This connector is not used
Connector C1 are pins 10-5
Connector C5 are pins 4-1

It appears you are missing connector C1
For Connector C1
Pin 5 is ground
Pin 6 P Lt (not used)
Pin 7 Dim (not used)
Pin 8 For Antenna Relay
Pin 9 Ign. (12 volts from wiper Fuse) Hot in Accy or Run
Pin 10 Bat. (12 volts from Radio Fuse) Hot at all times
