Help! 1992 heater fan

I have a 1992 and the heater fan is stuck in one setting even if you push the fan up or down button is there a fix for that thank you also its the same on the auto setting and the ac pump wont turn on either

Congrats on your 92... The best investment you can make next is a GM FSM, somewhere on here is a guide on how to clean the HVAC buttons as sometimes they get corrosion on the pc board and don't work. search is your best friend!!
