Just got the car (YEA!!! - '93 Ruby)... The prior owner took parts of the interior apart, so I'm sure I'll be having lots of questions, being a newbie to the vette.....

Anyway, hubby took the car to work, and now the manual reclining seatback is stuck reclined all the way back (he's 6'3 & I'm 5'2) - that position just doesn't do it for me. How can I get it to move forward? The seatback latch seems to engage, but the seat's not moving. I can pull it forward a little, but it doesn't stay there. I can't drive my car until I get it to move. Please, HELP!!

If I remember right there is a release on the back of the seat back, right in the center.

IF, it's the same as mine, look for a small, squarish lever down on the seat housing, forward of the side bolster, just outside the cushion, for the recline.
The aft, mid-seat release (behind your head) is for the backrest, for temporary access to the cargo area.:w
