Hey guys, I have a '96 CE Convertible LT4/ZF6 I am selling.
Kids are in high school and I am about to head to Iraq and just don't want the expense of it.
It has 70,000 and the Kelly Blue Book says $17,330. So, that's what I will sell it for.
This past year, I had the water pump, opti, plugs and wires, bilsteins, hoses and belt all replaced.
It has Corsa pipes, K&N intake, and Hypertech Programmer.
I have the original CE rims with Firehawk tires mounted in them, but I just installed AFS ZR1 sized rims and tires on the car. I would like to get another $1,500 for the new rims and tires. That would bring the price up to $18,830, and you can take it all home!
Email me if interested, or if you want to see more pictures of everything:

Will do Rain!! Do ya think my asking price is fair enough? This will make someone a great car, I just don't want to burden my wife with the expense of it while I am gone. Two kids in private school is enough for her.

Fully understand. Can always look for another when you get back from over seas, too.

Price seems fair and well defined.

Blue Book of $17,330.
New tires and rims $1500 (am sure they cost you much more than that)
Plus the maintenance you have already taken care of - Seems fair to me.

As long as a bank will loan that amount or someone has the cash on hand to make up the difference between loan value and asking price, then it should sell.

Might consider putting it on ebay also - with a "buy it now" of 19k$, tons of pics and a long description (be sure to include why you are selling it).

If it doesn't meet the reserve price of $18,830, then you simply pay Ebay the listing fee in exchange for them allowing you to advertise your car to the entire world.

If the car sells privately, then you pull the auction due to a mistake in the listing.

Its a very common practice for performance and luxury items.

I have noticed a few LT4s hitting the market but have not kept up with the price structure.. alas, Susan and I are talking about buying a Bed n Breakfast

and I've been put on hold with all major Vette and Music purchases.. haha
