I shut my car off jumped right back in and it wouldn't start. It won't turn over cluster doesn't display no power at radio or climate control. No power at ccm2 fuse or radio fuses or courtesy light fuses. Changed lock tumbler and key hoping it was vats. Will turn over if I jump the solenoid wont start though. I believe it's the Central Control Module. Any advise on ensuring it is the CCM.

Well, you can take guesses and start replacing parts until it starts or you can use the Factory Service Manual's instructions for diagnosing no start conditions. If you don't have a Service Manual, you can order them from CAC Sponsor Zip Products.

VATS only affects the engine starting ( takes out the starter and injectors )
It has no effect on items you describe which sounds like a major power loss somewhere
Time to get the DVM out and trace circuits
