Besides some exterior body issues, (hood alignment, paint, etc.), I have 2 more
mechanical issues of concern. One: my passenger side window goes up almost 1/4"
too much at the top front corner, preventing the door to close properly? And two: antenna -- fix or replace. It will not go down. Stays at the very top of its position?

My guess is the Rt Guide Stop is broken in the rt door,About 1.5 hours and $22.00 for the part,Antenna fix problem,Probly needs a new mast,If it's easy and go's like it was designed to about 30 minutes,If not and you have to remove the assy and disassemble to remove the mast,2 hours and $35.00 for the part!~!!:thumb:thumb:thumb

The mast replacement is usually pretty easy as the junkman describes.. but IF you replace the whole thing with a generic power antenna, be sure to hang onto the original trim for the outside that is flush with the body.
(little round plastic seal/donut thing)The aftermarket kits are not flush and have a 1/4" raised seal that sits on top of the body, not down inside like the factory.

Guide Stop

I had the same problem on the left side a few years back and followed Junks advice on how to fix it . Window033.jpghttp://www.flickr.com/photos/55806931@N00/2385789699/

Only two, huh?

I wired in a small switch to disable the antenna 'trigger' for the few times I listen to the radio vs other tunes. I got tired of redoing it.
