2001 C5 Z06 Speedway White with Red interior for sale

Up for sale my 2001 C5Z06. It's speedwhite with red interior and we all know how rare these cars are (only 152 were made in this combination). It currently has 48,xxx miles and has always been my garage queen. Never raced or abused. It has never seen rain and it's mainly my weekend driver. I am the third owner and I have put only 3k miles since I bought it 2 years ago. All the maintenance on the car has been done professionally (all service records are available). There are no scratches or dings and I have the clear title in hand. It has never been in an accident.

Engine/Performance mods:

-B&B bullets exhaust with off-road x-pipe
-Vararam air intake
-Longtube headers
-Pressure and oil gauges in gauge pod
-Hurst short throw shifter
-MS3 camshaft 237/242.603.609 1131 sa (less than 500 miles)
-New C6 Z06 clutch kit (less than 500 miles)
-New timing and alternating belts (less than 1000 miles)
-New brake pads, drilled and slotted rotors (less than 1000 miles)
-New battery (5 months old)

Exterior mods:

-CCW's Chrome Wheels 19's P275/30R19 (front) and P325/30R19 (rear) and tires with more than 75% tread left
-Tinted windows and smoked tail lights
-z06 exhaust plate

I've spent a lot of time and money on this car and I would love to sell it to somebody that will love it equally.

Given the condition, the upgrades and particularly, the rarity of the car I'm asking 27k. The price is negotiable. If you don't want the rims, the price goes down to 25k.
