2001 Horn doesn't work

I have a 2001 six speed coupe and half the time the horn doesn't work. It doesn't work when I alarm the car and it doesn't work when I press the steering wheel. What's wierd is that sometimes it does work perfectly. Any ideas? Has anyone had any issues like this?

HI there,
A few causes could be on your car.
Under the hood, at the electrical center, there is a fuse and a relay for your horn.
I would check the fuse, and if it is good, exchange the relay for different one in your electrical center. Many are the same, so finding one that you can swap out should be no problem.

I swapped out micro relays as suggested and my horn does work now. I'll keep you posted to see if that actually corrected my problem. Thanks for the tip!
