2002 For Sale

A co-worker is looking at a 2002 6 speed with 25k miles. Is there any particular things to look for in this year. He thinks he can get it for $28k. Any comments would be appreciated. It was formally a lease car. Car fax comes up clean.

He can take the vin number to any Chevy service dept. and they can print out the service (GM) history. That can alert him to any recurring issues.

I think I would also want to know where it had been, given the
possibility of water damage in your area in the last year.

Should be able to track that from the lease company and a
talk with the former lessee.
