Help! 2007 Interior Lights Not shutting off (rearview map lights and floor lights)

So from nowhere Saturday I noted the maplights were on, and will not turn off. when I exit the car the map lights stay on, the floorlights stay on and the start button turns green. But the car locks on exit! Is there a ghost in the machine or something simple I can't find... HELP!

Check the little button on to the L. of the stearing column, low on the dash. I have bumped that guy a couple time with my knee, without knowing it. The first time it took a lot of searching to figure out what I had done. Also, you have buttons on the bottom of the mirror that can keep the map lights on.

Yep, already have checked the interior switch on the left and that is normal. Also the maplight on and off buttons have no effect on the lights, they stay on with the button on or off...
