2008 Z06 Convertible?

I was just looking at Motor Trend on-line. Checked out the 2008 Corvettes and they list a convertible Z06 for 2008? Is this true? If so I haven't seen anything about it. I've seen where some aftermarket companies will modify your C6 Z06 to a convertible but this article lead me to believe the convertible Z06 is coming from the factory.

If it's not true then it validates why I didn't renew my subscription. Just got tired of the same old bs about how bad American product are.

If they won't offer a removable coupe roof, they probably won't offer a convertible. I'd guess the aluminum frame makes the roof bracing on the Z06 pretty important to the structural integrity.

Yeah, howdy! I ordered a trial subscription; rediscovered why I hadn't renewed since I was a kid, then found the SOBs filed a black mark on my credit, after I COMPLIED WITH their procedure of writing CANCEL in the first bill.

I won't visit the Peterson Museum, either.
