Thank you for your feedback. I did read that post earlier re the GM Tech Article. Guess I surmised that the dealer would also have access to all current literature. I will pursue with dealer.

Oh dealers have access. The questions are 1) have they read the bulletins and 2) if not will they take the time to go looking.

I have 2016 and trouble with settings as well. Mine would jump from setting 1 to 2 or vice versa. Problem turned out because I had 2 keys with different settings. When my wife got in the car with her key in her purse it would change my setting.
