These popped up the other day while I was cruising @ 25 MPH intown. I cleared them and they came back again while driving around town again today, two days later.

Any idea what is the primary cause and solution?

HI there,
Got your PM, and here is the low down.
Your P0171 is for your fuel trims being excessively lean, meaning that the engine is not getting enough fuel. Is your MAF sensor, and air bridge all connected correctly, and there is no leaks????
The B0521 is for a tach signal that is out of range, when it is sent to the IPC. Is your Tach reading off???
The 1064 is not an issue, unless it is current. You will see this code from time to time.

Thanks for the reply.

Somehow I thought the codes were all inter-related. I will check the MAF and connections. I thought I would get error codes for both banks with an air of vacuum leak.

Tach seems fine. Funny thing is I can clear these and as soon as I putter around town @ low RPM's, bang the codes come back.

Looks like I am off to the dealer tomorrow.

I just finished checking all the fittings around the MAF. Everything seems fine.
