383 Installation

I am installing a 383 ci 470 hp engine in a 1981 Corvette. Can anybody point me toward some good documentation which will assist me in this project. There will be no emission control system for this project. However, I would like to maintain the stock alarm system.

Steve,
The alarm system is totally seperate from the engine systems. The engine swap is a bolt-in except for the carb and distributor.

Thanks Mike...The alarm was my biggest concern. I've upgraded to a MSD ignition and a Holley 750 dual pumper.
