56 Belair on a C5 chassis

I plan on making my Belair into a hot rod. I am thinking of attaching the body to a Corvette chassis and making use of all the goodies. Any thoughts as to which model(s), year(s) would be best suited?

I believe the current Vette magazine has one in it.

Thanks for the reply. I have been researching this pretty hard the last month and it really surprises me that more people are not taking advantage of all the late model techknowlegy that is available by changing a chassis.

Maybe that was a dream I had. Corvette Fever has a 62 all C5'd.
