'56 Solid Lifter Camshaft

Does anyone know the dimensions of the oil metering slot on the first cam bearing diameter? Tough to find a solid lifter camshaft for a 265 engine, but could make one if I knew the size and location of the metering slot.

The metering slot is .500" wide (fore-aft), centered on the journal, and is .470" wide (laterally) on the journal; make sure you have the correct 2-hole rear cam bearing, or file the hole in a one-hole bearing so it becomes a 1/2"-wide slot, centered across the width of the bearing.
