560 mile round trip to Annapolis MD

Got back about 3 hrs ago, had a great 3 day weekend with great people... There were 22 Corvettes that went on this cruise. What a trip!! On the way there I did not keep track of the mpg very well but on the way home I did. We were doing 80 mph most of the time and even at that speed I got 29 mpg!!!!!! Wow, what a car!!!

Yes, it was a FANTASTIC trip. Ya got me beat on the MPG. The computer said I did 28 mpg. I filled up yesterday & the computer told the truth. What an impressive machine the C5 is. Every aspect of the drive was flawless. The car performed to perfection. You would expect that kind of mileage out of a Honda, let alone a V8 beast! BTW- that Silver vert in your mirror is a great shot. I only wish I was waving! BRO
