'59 pass door opening measurement

Hey Guys,

Can someone measure the distance between the edge of the pass step plate, and where the pass hinge pillar is mounted (pls measure to the base where the pillar mounts to, NOT to the pillar itself if at all possible), and tell me the #? I've included a pic of the length that I'm trying to get the measurement for..

Not exactly sure what you mean by "base where the pillar mounts to", but there is a projection just below the hinge that sticks out (rearward) about 10mm. My '59 measures 510mm from the edge of the step plate to closest point of this "projection"
