Does anyone have experience removing a 1962 chrome rear license plate guard?
I can't seem to get the wratchet under the bumper onto the nut holding it on the car. Any suggestions?

Problem solved...
Using a combination of extentions and elbows, the bolts were able to be removed without removing the bumpers
